An authentic gift for yourself or important ones with 33 beads. The material used is a natural tree seed called Juniper (Juniperus Drupacea). This a species of juniper native to the eastern Mediterranean region from southern Turkey, southern Greece (Parnon Oros, Peloponnese), western Syria, and Lebanon, growing on rocky sites from 800–1700 m altitude. These particular ones have been hand collected in Adana, Turkey, and they do not have any added smells or perfumes. As time passes and also with use, you will recognize it getting a tone darker until it has a beautiful burgundy colour. The longest bead (called imame) is made of separate parts as juniper seed is not big enought to make imame in a single piece. The final bead has a closure also made from juniper seed, which is rare and very difficult to make.
