Wholesale availability

Sizing details

We measure all items with a ruler, caliper and a jewellery scale. Please click where "Learn more about this item" is written on each listing page, so you can reveal the full information including all detailed sizing information. If the details are not indicated on the item description, please send me a message for details.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most of our items come with an authentic organza small gift bag. We might have other options upon special request, please send me a message for further details.

Delivery

As we are based in the UK, all items will be shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We have a high quality standard and double check every item before shipping, but in the unlikely case you receive a faulty or damaged item. Please take a photo of the packaging and the item in detail, as we will be requesting this information for exchange, return, or refund. All our items are insured and this is why photos and your detailed messages are important for us.

Feedback is very important for a seller & my aim is to make you happy. So if there is something you are unhappy about please don't leave a bad review without contacting me first. I might be able to resolve the issue so we can all be happy.

Custom and personalised orders

We can provide personalised orders for certain items, but we might need 3 to 4 weeks for personalised items. If you would like to change a certain ornament of prayer bead or jewellery, please message me as we might be able to do these in a much shorter time.

Returns

We only accept returns in the original packaging. If the item you would like to return is not placed in the original packaging, unfortunately, we cannot accept your request as the item can be damaged during transit. Please refer to our returns policy for further details. Earrings cannot be returned for hygenic reasons. International returns may be complicated, please read our returns policy for further details.

How secure is shopping your website?

We use Etsy’s secure seller dashboard to manage orders, messages, and shipping — but we do not have access to your payment information. All payments are securely processed through Etsy’s servers, and even we as the shop owner cannot view or store any card or payment details.
